We highly recommend pdf files. Most of us do not fully utilize the functions of Microsoft Office. Therefore, the alignment of the document files will follow any printer driver that set in your own computer. Worst of all, we may not have the font type that you choose.

Please convert your important files to pdf files. If your document is only for your reference, you do not need to convert.

We are not responsible for printed documents to be out of alignment or different fonts. 

If you send any images, please ensure that the images are not pixelated. Images must be of high resolution and right size.

We are not responsible for any blur image. Of course, we will not blow up any of your image to full A4 or A3 size without your instructions.  Blow up from extremely small image is usually blur.

However, if the image file size is larger than our printed paper size, we will reduce it to the paper size. 

If the size of the image is very important to you, please convert your image file to pdf. 

We could not guarantee the printed colors is 100% exactly the same as your display. We confirm that different printer mix the colors differently.

Please also take note that we will not print those documents in color if it is against law. For example: currencies notes, NRIC, documents with logo.
